But, what actually is mochi? Japanese mochi is a rice cake made of a short-grain rice called mochigome, along with other ingredients such as water, sugar and cornstarch. The rice is then pounded into a paste and moulded into the desired shape. And in this case, it's little balls of goodness!
You can buy Little Moons from leading retailers such as Tesco, Ocado, Waitrose and Whole Foods. But, if you don't fancy making a trip to you local supermarket, you might be able to order Little Moons via Uber Eats, subject to where you live.
