Pancake Day is just around the corner. And do you know what that means?

Well, yes, actually… it does mean pancakes.

We love pancakes here at Good Housekeeping. We love fancy French crepe-style pancakes, we love thick, fluffy American pancakes. We love sweet and we love savoury pancakes.

And now, we love Percy Pig pancakes.

Marks & Spencer’s Percy Pig has been given a Shrove Tuesday-themed makeover, and now he’s a lovely stack of pink fluffy pancakes!

We first spotted the pancakes when @newfoodsuk and @findingfoodsforfuel shared photos on Instagram.

Describing the pinker than pink pancakes, @newfoodsuk wrote in the caption: “These are super delicious! Buttermilk pancakes made with Percy Pig dessert sauce, with apple and raspberry jelly pieces - these have a beautiful fruity taste! We love the jelly pieces and sauce in these pancakes - perfect heated up!”

Oh god… imagine these with Percy Pig ice cream and Percy Pig dessert sauce. Percy overload? Never!

A packet of these pancakes will set you back £1.60.

So, once Pancake Day is over, what Percy-based treats can we look forward to for Easter? Why, Giant Percy with Jazzy Sprinkled Trousers, that’s what!

This huge pink chocolate Percy is a perfect alternative Easter egg, and will cost you £10.
