The Ordinary does Black Friday differently. On the day of the event, Friday November 29, the entire website shut down to discourage panic buying and unnecessary spending. So as their take on the event, they do things a little unordinary.

Enter: “Slowvember”, an effort to challenge Black Friday’s hyperconsumerism. As part of its 6th annual Slowvember, throughout the whole of November, customers were able to shop products from The Ordinary with a 23% discount online and across free-standing stores worldwide.

You're probably wondering: "Well, November is over". But here's the exciting news! It seems as though the brand is participating in Cyber Monday as the website is currently reduced! The sale is due to end on December 6, so you still have a few days, but if there's something you like the look of we suggest you buy it pronto. Indeed, these sales never come about but once a year.

Azelaic acid has keratolytic properties, meaning it breaks down keratin in the skin, which speeds up cell turnover, as well as comedolytic and antibacterial properties. This is why it works so well for many skin types and keeps breakouts and congestion at bay.
