The National Television Awards hit screens last night and, while the red carpet saw *tonnes* of stunning outfits, it's Maya Jama who viewers were focused on after she seemed to say the wrong name on stage.

Stepping up to present the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award, named after the late entertainer and Strictly Come Dancing host, Maya appeared to accidentally get Bruce's name wrong.

Instead, viewers reckon she called it the "Bruce Forside Entertainment Award", and the awkward mishap didn't go unnoticed.

Plus, it wasn't the only slight slip made by Maya, who kicked off her announcement by almost saying "the first night of the award," rather than "the first award of the night".

Still, like a true trooper Maya carried on, adding "it's a big one so let me get my words out," before introducing the nominees.

Viewers on Twitter were quick to point out the mistake, with one writing, "She fluffed her lines". Meanwhile, Maya's "first night of the award" slip was picked up by viewers too, who harshly commented "You had one job".

Listen, guys, we reckon it's pretty nerve-wracking up on that stage!

Following the mishap, Maya of course carried on like a pro, going on to hand the award to winners I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here, with the show's hosts Ant and Dec joining Maya on stage, along with the rest of the crew.

We reckon you did a great job, Maya.
