From Harper's BAZAAR

We're missing many things about our former pre-Covid lives - including the luxury in-store shopping experience. While online stores offer everything you could possibly want at the click of a button, there's something about the feeling of stepping into your favourite shop or boutique that's hard to conjure remotely.

There's also the challenge of not being able to try on your purchases before parting with your money - something which Manolo Blahnik is attempting to remedy with its new at-home service.

In a bid to make shopping a little more enjoyable at the moment, the footwear brand is offering a new complimentary service to London customers. It allows you to try on different sizes and styles from the comfort of your own home - and you only pay for what you want to keep. The advisors will wait while you try, offer advice if required, and then return any unwanted styles to the store.

The brand's personal shopping team will also be on hand virtually to create a special boutique experience and suggest alternatives, while adding a little bit of luxury to lift customers' spirits.

Manolos at Home is available seven days a week to London-based clients in zones one to three. It operates on a same-day drop-off schedule or offers the ability to schedule specific slots in advance.

Those located elsewhere in the UK can book virtual shopping appointments, during which the team can personally guide you through the collections.

To book the concierge service or schedule a virtual appointment, visit the store locator page or contact the Chelsea or Mayfair boutique for more information.
