Secret Santa’s a tricky one. If you buy someone vouchers, you look like an unimaginative Scrooge. And a joke present has the danger of going too far. Remember the time you bought Jackie from HR that edible thong? Yeah, not cool.
So, lucky for us, Cadbury has come up with the perfect secret Santa option. Unless you’re buying for someone who hates chocolate. But I’m not sure such a monster deserves a gift anyway…
Cadbury has teamed up with House Of Fraser to launch a secret Santa workshop where you can create a personalised selection box.
As well as being able to pick which seven Cadbury items go in the box, you can also get it personalised with a name on the front.
The Cadbury workshop is open on the fourth floor of House of Fraser's Oxford Street store from today (Thursday 21 November) until Christmas Eve. So all you last-minute Larries still have a chance to get one made up when you finally pull your finger out and get your Christmas shopping done mere hours before the big day.
Each box costs £10, and technically if you were to just buy the seven Cadbury bits separately, they’d cost far less. BUT, where’s the Christmas cheer in that? Stop being so miserable, Grinch.
Here’s what you can pick between:
First (pick two)
Cadbury Dairy Milk
Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo
Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut
Cadbury Dairy Milk Whole Nut
Second (pick two)
Third (pick one)
Dairy Milk Snowman
Dairy Milk Orange Snowman
Fourth (pick one)
Dairy Milk Freddo
Dairy Milk Freddo Caramel
And everyone gets Mini Snowballs whether they like them or not.
I see there are no orange Twirls on offer though… FFS.
