Remember how in January 2020, we had no idea how crummy this year was going to be? And we were naively just excited at the prospect of Greggs releasing a vegan steak bake to keep its vegan sausage roll company?

Seems like forever ago, doesn’t it?

Well, knowing full well how much everyone loves those vegan treats, Greggs has announced that you can now buy them from Iceland!

The super-tasty vegan sausage rolls, which are made up of layers of crispy puff pastry and a delicious Quorn filling, take just 30 minutes to bake in the oven from frozen.

Onto the steak bakes, these vegan bakes mirror Greggs’ original Steak Bakes and feature tasty savoury flavoured Quorn and diced onions in a rich gravy, all wrapped in a light and crisp puff pastry.

The exclusive frozen Greggs vegan range, including the legendary Greggs Vegan Sausage Rolls (£2.50, four-pack) and Greggs Vegan Steak Bakes (£2.50, two-pack) will be available to buy online on Friday 1st January 2021 and in stores from Saturday 2nd January 2021.

This is all great and all that, but what if you’re in the market for a sweet vegan treat? Would a Krispy Kreme vegan glazed doughnut work? Of course it would…

Krispy Kreme recently announced that vegan glazed doughnuts will be on the menu as of January!

The Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Vegan doughnut will offer the same signature melt-in-your-mouth fluffy texture to anyone who leads a vegan lifestyle or for those partaking in Veganuary as some 450,000 UK residents will be this January.

What a time to be a vegan!
