Michelle Keegan’s silky tresses have become something of a signature look for the actress, model and former Women's Health cover star – and this year's BAFTAs were no exception.

Sporting a pearlescent asymmetric dress at the Royal Festival Hall last night, Keegan's cascading waves and high-shine finish were the perfect accompaniment to her gown, which she paired with rosy blush and soft make-up details.

Her recent Instagram post is just another example. Boasting a mirror-like shine most of us could only dream of, Keegan shows off her honey-hued highlights and luminous glow with soft, blow-dried waves and subtle, rosy make-up. The caption read: 'Anyone else patiently waiting for the sunshine to come back?! ☀️'

Of course, achieving this kind of glossy finish is easier said than done, and especially as we head into the warmer months. UV exposure can spell disaster for your strands leading to split ends, dry scalps and dull hair. How Keegan keeps the shine year-round? Last year, she revealed that the secret to her perennially glossy hair lies in one affordable hair mask: the Argan Oil & Coconut Oil Hair Mask.

She wrote: 'I got sent this hair mask from @giveme.cosmetics and I'm not joking, the results are...AMAZING! Took it on holiday and haven't stopped using it since, wait til the end to see the results.'

Argan oil has long been touted as a haircare miracle worker. Often referred to as ‘liquid gold’, it’s derived from kernels found on the argan tree in Morocco and is packed full of fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants which together help prevent dryness and lock in moisture, smooth frizziness and boost shine.
