Nigella Lawson says Bake Off star's new cook book is a joy for all

Nigella Lawson has high praise for Ruby Tandoh's new cook book. Ruby was a runner up in series 4 of The Great British Bake Off back in 2013, when she was a bright-eyed first year at the prestigious University College London. She was a clear star from the get-go and has had an impressive career as a food writer since, writing for the likes of the New Yorker and the Guardian alongside five books.

Well book six is here and Icon Nigella gave it a shout out on her Instagram page, telling followers; "This week also sees the publication of @ruby.tandoh’s #CookAsYouAre. This is a book for everyone, and a joy for all. Kind, generous, delicious: what more could you want? #cookbookcorner"
