Nicole Scherzinger's Sculpted Legs In New IG Post Are Strong AF

Former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger has posted a few fabulous fitness photos accompanied by a ~deep~ caption, following a reent hike.

'Don’t let others put you in a box. You’re potential is limitless 🤍,' Nicole wrote beneath two photos of her in a dark grey workout set. First, Nicole posted herself sitting on a log and looking at the view. The second showed the 43-year-old singer’s more playful side as she stood on the log with her hands in the air. (Note to self: these are excellent poses for my next Instagram shoot.)

Nicole’s comments were filled with praise from friends and fans: 'Oh u a HIKER HIKER now???' wrote Eli Wehbe, an influencer and author. Makeup artist Rokael commented, 'Thissssss 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽.' While entrepreneur Rob Moore chimed in with a thoughtful note: 'Well said. If you worry too much about what others think of you, you are minimising your vision & focus, and diluting the very thing that inspires you the most.'

Nicole has been serving strength goals for a minute now and these photos definitely solidify her fit AF reputation.

Nicole loves to mix it up in her workouts. 'In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,' she previously told us. She also loves SoulCycle and yoga, when she’s not busy hiking.

Anyone who has watched the 'Don't Cha' video knows Nicole’s got some serious moves—so it’s no surprise that dancing is also a major part of the star’s wellness routine. (If you haven’t seen it, or simply want to brighten your day, I truly cannot recommend this BOP enough). I mean, look at this cutie pie dancing to Frank Ocean! The white set! The fancy footwork! I love.

Beyond all that, Nicole is also serious about her post-workout recovery, as evidenced by this ice bath post:

Food-wise, Nicole likes to keep a balanced diet to make sure she’s at the top of her game. She makes sure to eat nutritious foods like eggs and toast for breakfast, while lunch is usually soup or sushi. And in the evenings, she revealed that meals are usually 'anything from pasta to rice, meats and veggies, to sushi.' As for snacks, Nicole also usually sticks to almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.

While she mostly eats a healthy plant-based diet, she does enjoy a treat, too. Nicole loves pasta, pizza, Mexican (with lots of cheese), french fries, and chips, she told us.

Yum!!
