Practicing yoga is pretty much a way of life for many, and those moves you work through don’t just stay on the mat. Well, Nicole Scherzinger just showed off an impressive pose or two during an epic vacation photo drop on Instagram and it’s total #yogagoals.

The 43-year-old singer is working a string bikini for all it’s worth on the edge of an infinity pool in the Caribbean in the pics. But it's Nicole's glute strengthening yoga poses that got us talking.

Her series of snaps - there’s Nicole laying flat, Nicole with her booty elevated, and then Nicole totally in a bridge pose, all while looking like it’s NBD - shows of her strong back, glutes and legs.

For those not au fait with the bridge pose series let us let you in on it's benefits:

Pretty much all of this is seen in Nicole's pics – yoga is giving her a lot of bang for her buck.

People completely lost it in the comments. “Omgg,” one person wrote. “You are my inspiration,” another said. “Perfect girl,” someone else chimed in.

This isn’t the first time Nicole has showed off yoga poses while on her vacation: She also dropped a few pics earlier this month of herself meditating in a bikini in the exact same spot:

Nicole has also been doing plenty of yoga on this trip if her Instagrams are any indication. There's this pic:

And then there's this one:

But she mixes it up a little more when she’s back on the grind. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told Women's Health UK.

She’s also into indoor cycling, noting that she loves SoulCycle. And, of course, the yoga doesn’t stop when she’s not on vacation. “I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.,” she said.

Nicole eats well, too, reaching for eggs and toast for breakfast. “For lunch, I like maybe some soup or some sushi,” she said. “For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi.” Nicole also said she usually snacks on almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.
