Nicola Peltz’s date night dress is actually from a new high street collection
The phrase ‘don’t walk, run’ is sometimes overused for things that do not warrant such immediate attention. However, we discovered that Nicola Peltz Beckham’s outfit that she wore this week on date night with Brooklyn Beckham, was actually from a new H&M collection. And it dropped in the UK today (March 23)...
It was only yesterday that we were swooning over Nicola’s look because not only is it stunning for the spring season, it's also easy to recreate. The Welcome to Chippendales actress wore a dazzling bandeau white mini dress with a sculpted neckline and hem, adorned with silver diamante embellishments. She paired the dress with sheer black tights and leather knee high platform boots – the perfect way to add sophisticated layering during this transitional weather period.

Nicola's date night mini dress is from H&M
Nicola has a penchant for designer dressing (who wouldn’t if their mother-in-law had an eponymous high-end label?), so upon discovering her dress was actually from the high street, we needed the details.
The dress is from H&M’s new ‘Innovation Re-Enchantment Design Story’ collection – a collection created with sustainability in mind. The pieces are inspired by natural crystals and minerals, boast 1960s-esque silhouettes and are awash with dazzling embellishments.

“This collection celebrates the wonder of the natural world with beautifully embellished looks designed to delight," the brand said in a statement. "Not only are they dazzling from a fashion perspective, but they represent a milestone in more sustainably sourced embellishments, something we’ve worked hard to improve over the last eight years”.

According to H&M, Nicola’s dress was made of recycled polyester from plastic bottles and decorated with rhinestones in recycled plastic made from post-consumer waste. Of course, we know there’s a long way to go before the industry is anywhere near to being acceptably sustainable, so why not recycle your own clothes in the most eco-friendly way possible?
The dress is currently available in all sizes, but hurry. Once fashionistas get wind of its affordability, it will be gone before you know it.
