Nicola Coughlan is rapidly becoming one of our favourite style stars. From her inimitable red carpet wardrobe (including that stunning pastel yellow Molly Goddard Golden Globes gown) to her vibrant on-screen dresses as Bridgerton's Penelope Featherington, Nicola consistently serves the ~lewks~. And the dress she wore for last night's Screen Actors Guild Awards (AKA SAG Awards) is a case in point.

To celebrate the event, some of Hollywood's biggest names donned their Sunday best for the virtual red carpet, with Nicola wearing a custom black lace dress by American designer, Christian Siriano.

Nicola shared the photographs, taken by Iona Wolff, on her own account with the caption "Words cannot describe how excited I am to be a @sagawards nominee alongside my @bridgertonnetflix family it’s truly a dream come true 🐝 Thank you so much @csiriano for designing this gown for me, I am so honoured and overwhelmed to wear a custom piece of yours and it’s more amazing than I ever could’ve imagined🖤 "

And, we've got to give it to her, it is pretty amazing. The semi-sheer lace gown features a high neck and long sleeves, complete with a ruffled hemline and cape detailing around the shoulders:

That train (!!)

Seriously, we think even Queen Charlotte would approve of this vibe.

Nicola finished the look with a pair of Jimmy Choo heels and De Beers jewels, while her makeup was in keeping with the moody romantic aesthetic, featuring a dark lip and smokey eye finish.

One word: Love.
