Nicki Minaj has shared a video on Instagram Live, and appeared to be getting arrested for allegedly "carrying drugs" while en route from Amsterdam airport to Manchester for her Pink Friday 2 Tour. The rap queen strongly refuted the accusations in the live footage, insisting she had no drugs on her, yet was instructed to head to the police station.

The 41 year old star captured the tense moment in the video where a voice is heard telling her she would "get a lawyer at the office".

Prior to the supposed arrest, Nicki had been vocal on social media about being singled out for inspection at the airport. On X, previously known as Twitter, she vented her frustration, saying, "They've been trying everything they possibly can to TRY to stop this tour."

Additionally, Nicki posted another video on Instagram showing an individual informing her that the police required a more thorough examination of her luggage, reports the Mirror.

Accompanying the video, she commented: "They've been trying to stop me from coming to every show. They took my bags before I could see them. Put it on the plane. Now saying they're waiting on customs."

Nicki Minaj has taken to social media to share her frustration, claiming that people are being paid to sabotage her tour. In a video she posted, an airport crew member is seen explaining the need to "offload all the luggage and to search everything".

Nicki responded: "But wasn't that what you planned on doing from the get-go? Why didn't you guys search it before it went on the plane? " The staff member then mentioned that they had initially done a "random, quick check" but now they wanted to open it.

The rapper continued to question the motives behind the sudden decision to search her bags, with the airport employee stating: "First of all, because you filmed him [and] he doesn't believe you that you don't have more with you than you say."

Nicki didn't hold back as she replied: "No, he asked me, 'Do I have any more in those purses' and I said, 'No,' and I asked him where are my bags. They took my bags and put them on the plane before I could know what bags are on the plane."

Despite the confusion, the airport staff member offered an apology for the inconvenience caused. Nicki concluded the video by simply saying: "Okay, of course."
