Nicholas Hoult is giving fans the ultimate present on his 32nd birthday, in the shape of a topless thirst trap.

Long gone are the days of singing 'Killing Me Softly' in About A Boy or playing Tony Stonem in Skins. Instead, Nicholas shared a photo in a sombrero while sat on a massive inflatable (is it a crown?) to celebrate turning 32.

"Thir(s)ty two!! Thanks for all the birthday love ❤️❤️❤️ 32" he wrote to his 1.3million followers.

Fans have understandably gone wild for the photo, and have filled the comments with love. "32?!! What in —- the how did that happen?!! Hahaha Omg HBD boo !!! ❤️🔥" one person wrote, while another put, "YESSSSSSSSSSSS EPIC WORK. Happy Birthday, Sexy Beast."

Someone else said, "Ok now can you see why is he is the love of my life that I will never meet?" and a fourth added, "🔥🔥🔥"

Nicholas most recently worked on The Great opposite Elle Fanning, and he also had roles in 2019's Tolkien, The Favourite and in the X-Men franchise as Hank McCoy/Beast.

Back in April 2018, People reported the actor has welcomed his first child with girlfriend and model Bryana Holly, after they were first linked in November 2017. It wasn't until January 2019 that the actor opened up about fatherhood for the first time, telling

ES magazine, "Having a baby puts you in this place where you go, oh, okay, this human is going to change a lot.

"It makes you value time differently, which is why I talk very quickly in interviews now, because I need to get home to them. Someone will find out [the gender] soon enough and that's fine, no big deal, but for now it’s my own precious little thing and I'm keeping it."
