Tuukka Rask is back with the Boston Bruins and it sounds like he's thirsty.

Shortly after returning to the club on a one-year contract for the remainder of the season, the goaltender was asking where the beer was.

For those who may not remember, Rask joked back in August that he would play for $250,000 and copious amounts of Bud Light. The official Bud Light Twitter account jumped in on the fun, offering the 34-year-old netminder a "very official contract" that included beer bonuses for significant achievements.

Rask is just the latest high-profile NHLer to affiliate himself with Bud Light. Tampa Bay Lightning star Nikita Kucherov inked an endorsement deal with the company thanks to his wild press conference after winning the Stanley Cup.

On the ice, Rask returns to the Bruins crease after recovering from offseason hip surgery. He appeared in 24 games in 2020-21, registering a .913 save percentage and 2.28 goals-against average.

The native of Finland said at the end of last season he was not interested in playing for any NHL team other than Boston. He won a Stanley Cup with the franchise in 2011, and backstopped runs to the Cup final in 2013 and '19. He's looking to go out on top — and evidently with plenty of beer in hand.

“That’s why I never really, in my head wanted to flirt with the opportunity to go somewhere else," Rask said in a recent video conference call. "For us as players, when you have a team like the Bruins, basically a bunch of us have grown up together. So, you kind of feel that brotherhood. You don’t want to leave guys on bad terms.

“I just wanted to come back and maybe be helpful and try to finish it out with a bunch of those guys I’ve played with my whole career.”
