Emotions have been high since Newcastle United’s home defeat to Liverpool on Sunday evening. It’s a match most Geordies can’t wait to forget.

But it seems Liverpool fans aren’t willing to let their euphoria settle just yet. And their current focus is on Jason Tindall.

United’s assistant manager managed to make his way back into conversation during the game after he shushed the Liverpool manager. While Jugen Klopp was disputing the red card shown to Virgil van Dijk 29 minutes into the match, Tindall was pictured cheekily looking at him with his fingers to his lips.

Predictably, this riled people up. And it seems Liverpool supporters are still revelling in their late win, celebrating by ‘roasting’ Tindall. And by ‘roast’ I mean listing the embarrassing things they believe him capable of.

Just type his name into Twitter and hundreds of tweets come up. But, to name a few:

‘Jason Tindall orders in Spanish at Taco Bell.’

‘Jason Tindall wears a sailor’s outfit whenever he’s on a boat.’

‘Jason Tindall claps when the plane lands.’

‘Jason Tindall wears driving gloves in the passenger seat.’

‘Jason Tindall floats and follows the scent of freshly baked pie’

After trending on Twitter for the best part of a day, things have started to calm down. But I, for one, would love to see his reaction to some of these.
