We've only just got over the joy of Never Have I Ever season 2 after it landed on Netflix in July this year, and already the streamer has confirmed the show has been renewed for a third instalment. Here's everything we know about Never Have I Ever series 3. Spoilers for series 2 below, obvs.

Has Netflix officially confirmed Never Have I Ever series 3?

We're not even just talking in hopeful terms when we speak about NHIE S3, we're talking cold, hard facts. The second series of the coming-of-age comedy drama landed on the streamer in mid July and just a month later Netflix announced the show would be returning for a third instalment. Not only that but the announcement post on Instagram even says "coming soon," although what soon means remains to be seen...

What is Never Have I Ever series 3 going to be about?

I mean, after all the drama of the last two series, who knows?! But what we do know is that when we finished series two Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) and Paxton (Darren Barnet) were officially together, so we can imagine that a large part of the next story will be Devi exploring her new relationship. Plus, the obvious complications that come with said relationship, as in, Ben (Jaren Lewinson) wanting Devi back and the little love triangle developing between the him, Devi and Aneesa (Megan Suri).

Who has been cast in Never Have I Ever series 3?

We can pretty much assume that lead cast members Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Devi), Lee Rodriguez (Fabiola) and Ramona Young (Eleanor) will be back for a third series, along with Darren Barnet as Paxton and Jaren Lewison as Ben and much of the supporting cast. In terms of new additions to the show, we'll have to wait and see.

When is Never Have I Ever series 3 being released?

Remember when we said "coming soon" was an interesting term for Netflix to use in their announcement about series 3? We don't have an official date for the third series but looking at release dates from the last few years, it seems like we should be expecting Never Have I Ever S3 in mid-to-late 2022. We'd better get comfortable...
