Fans of Netflix's Drive To Survive gobbled up tennis documentary Break Point, which follows the fresh generation of tennis players who are taking over the courts. But after part one dropped on the streaming service, everyone is asking the same question: When will Break Point season one part two be released?
As the official synopsis for the docuseries explains, "From the team behind F1: Drive to Survive, Break Point follows a diverse group of tennis players on and off the court as they compete in gruelling slams with hopes of winning a final and even bigger dreams of becoming world number one. Break Point gets up close and personal with top players on the tennis circuit through an entire year travelling across the globe for all four Grand Slams and the ATP and WTA tours."
The good news is, part one of the first series has already been released on Netflix, featuring everyone from Nick Kyrgios, Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas. to the female world number one, Iga Swiatek, Ons Jabeur and Aryna Sabalenka.
But when can fans expect Break Point season one part two?
On 24th May 2023, Netflix revealed the second half of the season would be dropping a month later on 21st June.
As well as many of the familiar faces from part one, the second batch of episodes also contains interviews with Andy Roddick, Patrick Mouratoglou, Maria Sharapova, Carlos Alcaraz, Paul Annacone, Ratko Tomljanovic (Aijla's Father), Courtney Nguyen, Thibault, Olivier (Ons former agent), Chris Evert, Michael Russel (Taylor's Coach), Anette Kotaveit and Tomasz Wiktorowski.
Netflix previously announced that part two of Break Point would be coming sometime in June, to tie into summer's tennis events. Roland-Garros in Paris takes place between the 28th May and 11th June, so perhaps it will tie into that. Wimbledon starts on 3rd July, which so a nice time to watch tennis on all platforms!
Break Point season one part one is now streaming on Netflix. Part two will land on 21st June 2023.
