Netflix shares mum and baby throwback of 'Maid' stars Margaret Qualley and Andie Mcdowell
The Netflix family Instagram page has shared the sweetest throwback of Maid stars Andie MacDowell and Margaret Qualley. Lead Margaret has been a major breakthrough star in the last few years, appearing in blockbusters like Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and now heading up her own Netflix series. But what many didn't realise till this show is that her TV mother, Andie MacDowell, is her real mother.
Well, now the Netflix account has treated us to an adorable baby snap of Margaret in Mum Andie's arms, shown next to a picture of them now dazzling in the hit show.
They used a caption taken from one of Andie's posts that read; "I am incredibly proud to be part of this very special series. Working alongside my daughter @margaretqualley was an extraordinary honor, and an experience I will cherish forever."
Such a sweet moment. It's giving us Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson energy and we're here for it.
Margaret has certainly proven she's there on her own merit, with her performances winning over audiences before most realised who mum was. While having a superstar mum certainly will have helped open doors, it seems Andie passed on a lot of her talent and expertise too.
We can't wait to see what's next for Margaret as she steps fully into the limelight.
More mother daughter acting gigs? we wouldn't complain.
