There is so much good television going on right now. From The White Lotus to Vigil, viewers have also been loving new thriller on Netflix, Clickbait.

Starring Adrien Grenier aka the boyfriend from Devil Wears Prada as the main character, Clickbait tells the story of family man Nick Brewer, who is abducted in a crime with a sinister online twist. Those closest to him race to uncover who is behind it and why, facing many twists and turns along the way.

The series dropped on the streaming service on 25 August 2021, and fans have been taking to social media to share their opinions on the show.

And one popular opinion that keeps coming up? Er, mainly that just when viewers think they've got a clue who's responsible for the crime and have a hold on what's going on, the show takes another turn.

"PLOT TWIST on plot twist on PLOT ****ING TWIST with a side of what the ****," one fan wrote, while another put, "Me thinking I figured out who's got Nick during every episode. #clickbaitnetflix."

Someone else said, "Just when you think you know what's going on but you don't, this 8 episode show is filled with twists and turns!" and "Really thought I had #clickbaitnetflix all worked out. I didn’t. An unexpectedly good show."
