The Neighbours finale is just days away, and as we continue to emotionally prepare for the end of an era, the Aussie soap has released another teaser trailer.

Following a recent glimpse of Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan's return as Neighbours legends Charlene and Scott Robinson, the series has dropped another new look at the beloved couple's Ramsay Street re-visit.

Alongside another sneak peek at Scott and Charlene, the new Neighbours teaser – which you can watch above – gives fans a look at Erinsborough residents past and present, as the characters embark on a new chapter in their lives.

Meanwhile, the series recently confirmed the return of fan-favourite Madge Bishop, despite her on-screen death way back when in 2001.

Ahead of the soap's last-ever episode this Friday (July 29), Neighbours has revealed that Anne Charleston will be reprising her role as Harold's adored wife before the show comes to an end after 37 years.

This isn't the first time Madge has returned to Erinsborough – she appeared as a figment of Harold's imagination for the soap's 30th anniversary in 2015 – but it's not yet known how she'll make it back to Ramsay Street one last time.

What we do know, however, is that we're going to need a lot of tissues.

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 6pm on Channel 5 and streams on My5. The series finale will air in the UK on July 29 at 9pm on Channel 5.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 6.30pm on 10 Peach and streams on 10 Play. The series finale will air in Australia on July 28 at 7.30pm, simulcast on 10 and 10 Peach.
