If you’ve been missing PERi-PERi chicken recently, we’ve got some cracking news for you. Nando’s has announced that it is offering free delivery for two weeks as of now!

Nando’s free delivery will be available across all 213 restaurants currently open for delivery across the UK and is only applicable when ordering from Nando’s own website.

And the good news doesn’t end there – all delivery orders placed via Nando’s website can earn chillies through Nando’s loyalty scheme, ready to be redeemed when restaurants reopen for full dine-in service later in the year.

Nando’s explained in a statement how staff have been following strict rules to ensure safety for both them and you.

“Food is being prepared and delivered under strict UK government guidelines, to ensure restaurant teams, delivery drivers and customers are safe: Drivers are being instructed to maintain social distancing when waiting to pick up orders, restaurant staff will hand over food whilst maintaining social distancing, and contactless delivery will be available upon request.”

Nando’s has re-opened 61 more restaurants this week, bringing the total up to 213 now offering delivery and takeaway services across the UK. Like most restaurants in the UK, Nando’s was forced to close its doors back in March when UK was put in lockdown. At the time, Nando’s revealed the news on social media; saying: said: “The health and safety of our customers and team is our highest priority.

“We have decided that the best course of action right now is to temporarily close our restaurants until further notice.”

God, we’ve missed you, Nando’s.
