The TV star shared the cover to her Instagram account on release day, Thursday 15 October, and expressed how excited she was for people to read it.
The Bake-off winner wrote in the caption: "It’s been a busy week and today it’s publication day for Today I’m Strong! I can't wait to share my new picture book with you and your children. It's all about finding your inner strength and coping with bullying."
The sweet picture book is written by Nadiya and illustrated by the talented Ella Bailey. You can take a peek at a few pages of the beautiful book on Amazon.
It's all about a little girl who loves school, her teachers and her friends, but some days she struggles with bullying making her want to stay home.
Nadiya has three children of her own, the youngest of whom just turned ten, so we're sure she knows a thing or two about both bedtime stories and school troubles.
Along with Rochelle Humes' new children's book about starting a new school year and Oti Mabuse's upcoming book about expressing your feelings, it's lovely to see these TV ladies reaching out to try to help kids in such a classic and wholesome way.
Today I'm Strong is available to buy now in book stores and online now and will be releases in paperback April 2020
