Mutya Buena surgery and transformation: Inside the former Sugababes singer's transformation as she opens up
Mutya Buena is back in the spotlight since reconciling with her Sugababes bandmates; Siobhan Donaghy and Keisha Buchanan, back in 2022 and heading on a reunion tour, 11 years after the pop group parted ways.
And after over two decades in the spotlight, Mutya has had quite the beauty transformation - from growing her vast tattoo collection to going under the knife. In 2010, the London-born star opened up about her surgery and explained her reasonings for getting bum implants and a boob job - spending a reported £5,000 on the surgery. She told heat! magazine at the time: "I researched it a little while ago. Everyone’s got it in the US and Brazil. I just wanted it a bit perkier. "
She added: "I’ve had breast implants too - I’m now an E-cup. My breasts really hurt when I had them done, though. I wouldn’t get them done again. God, no way."

However, several years later, she had her breast implants removed.
At age 28, the star said on The Private Clinic of Harley Street's website: "I was in hospital for one day and night and then it was done. It was a bit painful but I didn’t really notice because my first boob job hurt so much. Having the reduction is the best thing I’ve ever done.
"Having the implants out had been a long time coming and now I feel like a weight’s been lifted – from my boobs as well as my mind.
She's also had lip fillers, as Binsina Laser Clinic shared a picture to their 4795 Instagram followers in December 2017 reading: "The beautiful BABE @official_mutyabuena getting her lips plumped by our Cosmetic Surgeon at the clinic today."
Mutya isn't afraid of going under needles either, as the star has 30 tattoos inked across her body. She often changes up which colour and style she is going to wear her hair, and has recently been seen rocking blue tresses.
