This is how much your body can change in one day

If you're anything like me, you'll predominantly choose to weigh yourself first thing in the morning. This is obviously because when we wake up, having fasted for several hours, our bodies are at their lightest and we look at our slimmest (unless, say, you ate an entire pizza the night before and you're still suffering from the bloat, #worthit).

But we didn't realise quite how much of a change your body can display between morning and night until fitness blogger Lauren Tickner posted a comparison photo on Instagram. Uploading the side-by-side pictures, Lauren labelled one 'Morning' and the other 'Evening' - and the difference is definitely noticeable.
