From Cosmopolitan

Mrs Hinch, the lady who's good for more than just keeping her house sparkly-clean, just dropped another beauty gem that fake-tan users need to know about.

In the past, the cleaning influencer has showed us how to give our hair brushes a proper clean, use a £4 sponge to get our make-up brush collection looking good as new, and even showed us how to use a sock to wash our Beauty Blenders (how did we live without that one?!)

Well, her latest hack focuses on the age-old problem of fake-tan transferral, because having a tan is nice, but so too is having pristine white bedsheets (and not stinky, tea-bag-yellow stained ones, GAG!)

Mrs Hinch, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, is busy promoting her new memoir, This is Me, and told followers how nervous she was about a TV appearance the following morning, before talking them through her getting-ready routine:

“I've had a shower, washed my hair, fake tanned as well,” she told fans, before going on to explain the one thing she planned on doing before bed to save her sheets:

“Once you’ve fake tanned, you get an old bed sheet, and you sleep in it,” she revealed. “As mad as it sounds, you get into bed and sleep as normal, and it stops any fake tan getting on your bed sheets.”

The even better news is that you don't have to be picky about the sheet you use (Egyptian cotton not necessary here, guys). In fact, Mrs Hinch used an £8 one from Ebay (oh, and she tans with Skinny Tan, in case you were wondering).

Thank you for curing our fake-tan fear, Mrs Hinch. We owe you one.
