The most expensive places in the UK to get married
Anybody who's ever had a wedding, been to a wedding or heard about a wedding, will know how expensive they are.
Once you've considered the location, the flowers, the food, the outfits, and the accommodation, you're looking at a big sum.
Bidvine.com, an online local services marketplace, has worked out the most expensive places in the UK to get married by surveying wedding service providers across the country to see where charges the most.

They took into account the average cost of catering, music, floristry, venue hire, planning, stylists, make-up and beauty, photography, videography, and baking services in different areas of the country to work out the steepest - and cheapest - wedding locations.
The results? Here's the top 10 most expensive areas (on average):
Inner London - £46,200
Greater London - £41,060
North West - £39,120
South East - £33,005
Scotland - £30,280
North East - £29,005
Wales - £21,680
West Midlands- £20,348
South West - £18,840
East Midlands - £14,400
Unsurprisingly, it costs the most to get married in London - £17,000 more than the national average cost of a wedding of £29,000.

The services marketplace also created an online calculator to help you work out how much your dream wedding might cost in a certain area. Interesting stuff, huh?
