Mollie King announces the birth of her daughter and shares sweet name
BBC Radio 1's Mollie King has announced the birth of her second daughter with fiancé Stuart Broad.
The singer revealed her pregnancy on social media last August, explaining that her first daughter Annabella, born in 2022, was going to become a big sister.
King has since confirmed the news of the baby's arrival, sharing her daughter's sweet name in an Instagram post.
"Welcome to the world beautiful baby Liliana. We are bursting with happiness! You are the most perfect Christmas gift our little family could have ever wished for," read the caption.
The post included a heartwarming family photo of King, Broad, Annabella and Liliana's hands together, as fans filled the comment section with congratulations.
"Congratulations- beautiful name - hope all is well with you and Liliana," wrote one. "Thrilled for you all....now just enjoy it all," said another, while a third added: "Awww so lovely. The name is beautiful."
Also among the well-wishers were Olympian Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill, Strictly's Amy Dowden, Loose Women's Ruth Langsford, Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts, and fellow Radio 1 DJs Rickie Haywood-Williams and Melvin Odoom.
King and England cricketer Broad got engaged on New Year's Day in 2019. The couple took to Instagram to announce the news, posting a photo of the stunning engagement ring as they shared a kiss for the camera.
"A thousand times yes! I still can't believe it, the most magical start to the new year! I can't wait to spend all my years with you @stuartbroad," King captioned the post at the time.
