A curvy driveway passes through a gated entry as it leads to the mansion’s front door. Oversized double doors lead into the foyer, where a soaring 26-foot ceiling comes into focus, along with dual staircases and Italian marble floors. The numerous spaces for relaxing and entertaining include a formal living room, a spacious fireside lounge under a coffered ceiling, a piano room with an illuminated cristallo quartzite bar, and a great room lined with windows.
A custom 15-foot island with a Bogwood countertop anchors the main kitchen, alongside Thermador appliances, a butler’s pantry, and a breakfast room. On the second floor sits the primary suite with a spacious bedroom and ensuite bath, with the latter including a soaking tub and dual steam showers. The suite also factors in a cozy sitting room with a fireplace and private balcony. Four ensuite guest and family bedrooms are set on the same level.
Up on the third floor, there’s a spacious, wood-floored ballroom and performance venue, and down in the expansive finished basement, 12-foot ceilings add a sense of volume to a suite of entertaining amenities like a home theater, a billiards room, a wine cellar, and an exercise room, along with a huge catering kitchen and a two-room in-law or staff suite. All four floors of the home can be accessed via elevator.
Numerous stone terraces and covered porches surround the home and give way to a 50-foot heated pool, hot tub, and pool house, the latter featuring indoor and outdoor kitchenettes, a full bath, and a washer/dryer unit. With the ample amount of outdoor space, there’s plenty of room to add a tennis and a pickleball court, too.
