Okay, there's a lot to get into here.
But first, we need to go back to the beginnings of Miley's hair experimentations. After spending the majority of her teens with wavy, long hair of varying combos of blonde and brunette, Miley chopped off her lengths into a platinum pixie crop circaWe Can't Stop / Wrecking Ball.
That mullet went through a series of upgrades - including going even shorter, before Miley tweaked it into a bowl cut (quite aptly, in time for the Superbowl). After that, it became an Oasis meets early 2000s Jamie Oliver haircut (which I personally still want to copy). Oh, and let's not forget the time it inexplicably also became a long mohawk-ponytail?

Now you're up-to-date, hopefully you're as confused as I am that Miley's layered, spikey, fierce mullet-bowl cut hybrid has somehow been pulled into a topknot? The woman is a magician, I swear (but not going to lie, I'm also a big fan of this look).
Miley donned the topknot for a series of IG stories and videos posted to her grid, the latter captioned: "Made ya look. Now buy tickets to @summerfest". But when Miley posted a butt-selfie to her stories, she also captioned it with some pretty vulnerable comments.
She captioned the picture (which you can see below) "Y'all scarred me with that turkey butt shit", along with some jokey stickers of turkeys and the phrase "gobble gobble".
Fans have pointed out that Miley has opened up in IG lives about being hurt by body shamer comments making 'turkey but' jokes, and so it's likely this is what Miley's referring to in her incredible selfie.
You tell 'em Miley.
