We finally have a trailer for Mila Kunis and Glenn Close's upcoming project Four Good Days, which tells the story of a young woman struggling with opioid addiction who seeks help from her estranged mother who tries to help her stay sober so she can receive treatment.

The film stars Black Swan's Mila Kunis as 31-year-old Molly alongside eight-time Academy Award nominee Glenn Close as her estranged mother Deb. Four Good Days is based on a true story published in 2016 by Pulitzer Prize-winning Washington Post writer Eli Saslow, titled How's Amanda? A Story of Truth, Lies and an American Addiction.

What's Four Good Days about?

The film centres around a woman named Polly (Kunis) who has long suffered with addiction and who begs her estranged mother Deb (Close) to help her with what she hopes will be her final attempt to get sober. In order to receive a new type of treatment Molly must not use any drugs for a week, and the story follows Molly and Deb during those difficult days, while the pair battle Molly's addiction together and attempt to salvage their relationship.

Who's been cast in Four Good Days?

Forgetting Sarah Marshall's Mila Kunis stars in the lead role as 31-year-old Molly, alongside Glenn Close as her mother Deb.

The film also stars Boardwalk Empire's Stephen Root, Michael Hyatt (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) and Violet Brinson (Sharp Objects).

When is Four Good Days being released?

Four Good Days is due to be released in the US on April 30th, making it's way to the UK sometime in May, provided cinemas are open by then.
