Her time as first lady is winding down, but Michelle Obama’s personal style just won’t quit. Mrs. O joined President Obama to address the troops on Christmas at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kailua.

The FLOTUS took time away from wrapping presents, choosing instead to wrap … her dress — this fetching $478 silk colorblock Penelope wrap dress from DVF, to be exact. She added a pair of flat, strappy sandals, one of the luxuries of celebrating Christmas in a place that’s warm year-round.

Obama’s colorful DVF number was previously worn by a then-pregnant Blake Lively back in July. The actress actually wore the dress over another DVF piece, the sequin-laden Havita slipdress. You can still treat yourself to it for $898.
