Pat McGrath is one of the most iconic makeup artists in the game. Not only is she talent behind some of the most artistic makeup moments of all time, A-listers — including everyone from Naomi Campbell to Kim Kardashian— are also mega-fans of Mother McGrath’s work. Now, she has her own namesake line of cosmetics and the visuals she shares on social media, alone, are enough to have you hooked and begging for more.

On Monday, McGrath shared a video on Instagram of a bright fuchsia, red, and deep eggplant lip covered in glitter that’s completely mesmerizing. The clip opens with with a blank lip canvas and the vibrant hues are painted on and built from there.

Her caption included a full breakdown on how to repeat the sparkly look:

一 Apply ‘NIGHTSHADE’ to the outer corner of the lip & blend towards the center of lip with a fluffy brush
一 Apply ‘REVELATION RED’ to the top & bottom of the lip & blend into outer corners with a flat brush

一 Apply ‘WRECKAGE TOTALE ™ 1’ to the center of lips & blend with a flat brush

一 Pat ‘VIOLET 007’ Micro-Fine Pigment on top of the lip

一 Seal the lip with Clear Vinyl Gloss

The finished look is a shimmering diffused purple lip. Since posting, the video has been viewed more than 300,000 times, and people can’t seem to get enough of it. One person wrote, “This is the most incredible lip ever.” Another claimed, “This is porn. I can watch it all day.”
