If you can recognize that movement is “a way of life” and “it’s going to move through every single thing that you do,” then it becomes so much easier to commit to a routine, she noted recently on TikTok.
At the end of the day, moving consistently will make you feel better. It’s a holistic habit that makes other parts of your life easier or better at the same time that it improves your overall health. “What keeps you coming back is tapping in so deeply to how differently you move about your day when you do the things that make you feel better, look better, show up better in a bigger way,” Wood-Tepperberg said in her post.
Ultimately, staying consistent requires that “you choose yourself” and consider “how bad do I want to feel good today?”
