Taking to her Instagram account in July, Melanie shared several stunning photos that revealed she frequents Vivamayr resort Altaussee in Austria, a "modern and luxurious" health center overlooking Lake Alatussee which promises "relaxation, healing, and well-being".

Posing in a pair of skintight leggings by the lake, Melanie's age-defying appearance was clear to see. "Viva Forever @vivamayraltaussee. This has been the most magical time for me! The Cure is life-changing. I feel rejuvenated, younger, sparkly," she captioned the photos.

Melanie isn't the only A-list star who frequents the resort. Rebel Wilson has credited it with kickstarting her "year of health", and was even there when Melanie visited last month, posing for a photo with her at the end of their treatment.

Vivamayr boasts 60 rooms, all with picturesque mountain or lake views. The center has a lavish spa, tennis courts, biking, and running trails for guests to stay active during their stay.

Melanie called Vivamayr 'life-changing'

The wellness retreat focuses on using natural salts from the lake as part of a detoxification program that has been established for almost 100 years.

Visitors are said to consume around 600 calories a day, with foods such as gluten and dairy off the menu. Epsom salts and enemas are given to aid the detoxification process, while visitors are also given medications that are supposed to reduce the acidity of the body.

Rebel Wilson is also a fan of Vivamayr

However, a stay doesn't come cheap; rooms start at €390 per night for single occupancy and rise to €480 for a lake view. And you can expect to pay extra for each individual treatment - €650 for a blood count test, €350 for an intestinal health check, and €215 for a 30-minute facial – so the overall price could soon mount up over a full week-long stay.
