It’s hard to believe that just over a year ago, a blush-faced Prince Harry and Meghan Markle walked hand-in-hand out of the Kensington Palace gates for a photo call celebrating their engagement.
Dressed in a cream-hued Line the Label coat, Meghan gave the nation a glimpse of her soon-to-be royal wardrobe with her legion of fashion followers making a beeline for the entire ensemble.
Fast-forward to 2019 and the 37-year-old is expecting her first child with Prince Harry - the Duchess of Sussex’s seriously covetable maternity closet continuing to threaten our pockets.
Proving she’s got tough-to-navigate maternity style down to a royal T, the former actress kick-started 2019 in the most fashionable way possible.
Breaking a navy-hued stint, Meghan stepped out in a colour-block ensemble (a hot red Sentaler coat and clashing midi dress by Aritzia’s Babaton) for the couple’s first joint engagement of the year.
Starting as she means to go on, she surprised royal fans in a £25 H&M maternity dress two days later with a slick Armani coat and £564 Manolo Blahnik slingbacks to finish the minimal ensemble.
But with 10 months-worth of engagements and public appearances etched into the calendar, look no further for the lowdown on every outfit the Duchess of Sussex wears in 2019.
