Just days after the release of a never-before-seen baby bump photo, royal fans have been treated to another insight into Meghan Markle's second pregnancy. In the second trailer for Netflix's upcoming Harry & Meghan documentary, a video of a heavily pregnant Meghan is shown, presumably taken at the home she shares with Prince Harry in California.
In the video, the Duchess of Sussex is seen wearing a green dress which covers her very visible baby bump – fans have speculated that the footage was filmed during Meghan's second pregnancy, after she and Harry had stepped down as senior working royals and moved to the US.
Just last week, the teaser trailer for the couple's docu-series showed a previously unseen photo of Meghan cradling her baby bump on a beach. Again, eagle eyed fans pointed out a number of clues that suggest she was pregnant with Lilibet at the time of the snap, given that she and Prince Harry were living in the UK during her pregnancy with Archie and therefore unlikely to do a photoshoot in a public space such as this.
Meghan and Harry welcomed their son, Archie, back in May 2019. Two years later, in June 2021, they announced the birth of their daughter, Lilibet, named after the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Elsewhere in the newly-released trailer, we found out that the much-anticipated documentary will be released in two parts. Volume one will be aired on 8 December, with the second volume following a week later on 15 December.
