Last week, Ivanka Trump carried out a tour of South America to promote the Women’s Global Development and Prosperity Initiative.
Having arrived in Colombia with a dramatic new cropped hairdo, the 37-year-old then travelled to Argentina, Venezuela and Paraguay. The businesswoman’s tour wardrobe flawlessly made up of statement floral dresses and coordinating heels.
However, for her last stop, at a women's economic empowerment event, Ivanka paired a yellow Erdem dress with a pair of comfortable black pumps.
The classic shoes were by American brand, Rothy’s, and it isn’t the first time the brand have been in the spotlight.

Meghan Markle drew global attention to the sustainable brand last year during the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s royal tour of Australia in October 2018.
The 38-year-old, who announced her first pregnancy during the trip, was seen in Rothy’s flats twice on the tour - once during a trip to Toronga Zoo, and again, at South Melbourne Beach.
The brand were a fitting choice for Meghan, who often uses fashion for good. Rothy’s is a eco-friendly and female-led label, which strives for zero waste, with each pair of shoes being made from recycled water bottles.
“Rothy’s flats for women are made from recycled water bottles once destined for the landfill” explains the website.
