It's going to be a big year for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. It's the year they become parents for the first time, and it'll also mark their big move away from London.

In November, it was confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were ditching their home in Kensington Palace for pastures far more suburban. Meghan and Harry are moving to Frogmore Cottage on the grounds of the royal family's Windsor estate, and renovations are currently in progress to turn the property into the couple's dream family home.

It hadn't been known until now exactly when Meghan and Harry would be making the move out of London - but ITV News' royal editor Chris Ship has revealed it's coming around pretty soon. The Sussexes will be moving into Frogmore Cottage in March, which we can now technically say is next month, seeing as we're somehow already in February.

The timing, ITV has been told, is intended to allow Meghan and Harry time to "get settled into their new home several weeks before Meghan has their first child."

The March move confirms Meghan's due date, which she told crowds in Birkenhead last month was "around April". It means the Duchess is approximately seven months pregnant, although if you thought she was about to start winding down for maternity leave soon, you'd be wrong. Meghan is reportedly intending to work right up until the baby is born.

The expectant parents would probably have moved into Frogmore Cottage sooner if it had been in a liveable state. But up until recently the property had been being used as staff quarters, and was split into five units.

Now, builders are working to renovate the ten-bed house , and scaffolding has been put up in order to maintain some privacy during the building works.

Local council documents detailing the building plans revealed the house will have a yoga studio with a special floor, "an elaborate Gone With The Wind-style double staircase" to replace "the hotchpotch of stairs criss-crossing the interior," and new grand fireplaces in "principal rooms." So all very chill and low-key.

There will also be "Fort Knox" level security installed to ensure the family's privacy, as well as a green energy unit to make the property environmentally sustainable, which is a priority for the eco-friendly couple.

I doubt we're going to get snaps of Meghan and Harry's interiors, but if the nursery decoration plans are anything to go by, it'll be neutral greys and whites all over. C'est chic, Sussexes.
