Already an accomplished Hollywood superstar, mom of three and 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue cover star, Megan Fox has now added published author to her impressive résumé.

On Tuesday, Nov. 7, the 37-year-old actress released her book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. The 176-page book is already a No. 1 best-seller on Amazon, and Fox sat down with Good Morning America on the day of its release to discuss her work.

During the interview, the Jennifer’s Body star shared that among the more than 70 creative pieces in the book is a poem she wrote about a heartbreaking pregnancy loss she and her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, experienced.

“I’d never been through anything like that before in my life, I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us,” Fox admitted. “And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart and together and apart and together and apart trying to navigate what does this mean and why did this happen.”

Despite the hardship, the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen star admitted that her partner, whose real name is Colson Baker, was the person who encouraged her to write the book in the first place.

“The person who actually told me I should write a poetry book is Colson,” she stated of her 33-year-old partner.
