Megan Fox has reportedly filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green
Megan Fox has reportedly filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green after 10 years of marriage, following Brian's confirmation of the couple's split back in May.
The actress filed her petition for divorce on Wednesday, according to reports from E! Online, in which a Los Angeles county spokesperson confirmed the news.
It's also been reported that Brian has filed his response to Megan's divorce petition.
The 90210 actor confirmed his split from Megan during an episode of his podcast ... with Brian Austin Green back in May of this year, saying: "I really don’t want Megan and I to be at odds. She’s been my best friend for 15 years and I don’t want to lose that."
During the podcast episode Brian also address pictures of Megan together with rapper Machine Gun Kelly, saying, "They're friends at this point." However, Megan and MGK have since gone official, making their red carpet debut together just two days ago at the American Music Awards.
Megan and Brian began dating in 2004 and have three children together, Noah Shannon, eight, Bodhi Ransom, six, and Journey River, four.
They got engaged in 2006 but called it off in 2009, before eventually getting married in 2010.
This isn't the first time the couple have been set for divorce, with the pair splitting again five years into their marriage and Megan filing for divorce. They got back together the following year, in 2016, and Megan had the first divorce petition dismissed. However, given Megan's new relationship, it looks like this time the pair might eventually see the divorce through.
