Megan Fox almost didn't wear racy Mugler dress to Billboard Music Awards

Megan Fox almost didn't wear the barely-there Mugler couture dress she sported to the 2021 Billboard Music Awards in May.

The Transformers actress turned heads at the annual event when she stepped out in a black 'naked' gown with cutout detailing on the bodice and sheer skirt, while her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, opted for a rocker vibe by wearing a black tuxedo without a shirt.

Discussing her sexy outfit choice in a video for InStyle, Megan explained that her stylist convinced her to wear it to the ceremony just hours after she had returned from a holistic retreat.

"We had just gotten back from the jungle in Costa Rica on this ayahuasca journey, this deep, spiritual experience. Dropped literally the night before back in the middle of Los Angeles. It may have even been that morning, straight into a fitting for the Billboard Awards and my stylist was like, 'We want you to wear this,' and I was like, 'I was just talking to God in the jungle, I'm not ready to wear that!' So, I put that on," she remembered. "And we had this Peruvian tobacco left, it's a plant medicine that's supposed to ground you, and I was like, 'F**k it, I'll just have some Peruvian tobacco and I'll wear this thing.'"

And the couple knew all eyes were on them as soon as they stepped out on the red carpet.

"(Kelly) gets out wearing this basically shirtless Jim Morrison, wild-a*s Balmain super rockstar, whatever the f**k he's wearing," the 35-year-old recounted. "He takes out this giant-a*s - it looks like a blunt, it's not, it's Peruvian tobacco - and he's smoking it and then he's blowing it all over me to cleanse me. People must've been like, 'These f**king people are psycho.'"

While the pair's antics weren't caught on camera, they did hit headlines at the event due to Kelly showing off his tongue, which had been painted black for the night, as well as for their public displays of affection while they posed for photographers on the red carpet.
