There is nothing worse than missing McDonald's breakfast. Especially when it's usually by only 0.23 seconds, on one of those mornings when you're in desperate need of a sausage and egg McMuffin (c'mon, you know what I'm talking about).
But it would seem our dreams have now been answered. You McMuffin maniacs and hash brown fans will be happy to hear that the fast food chain has finally announced it's extending its breakfast hours. Yep, you heard me. Rather than closing final breakfast orders at 10:30am, the chain will be giving breakfast-goers an extra 30 minutes to grab a pancake or two.
Why now? In all honesty, we don't know. The extension of McDonald's breakfast hours has been long overdue and we're just happy the team has finally given in after years of frantic begging from customers.
Vice President Food & Marketing at McDonald’s UK and Ireland, Michelle Graham-Clare, said: "We all understand the pain of missing out on a McMuffin by a matter of minutes.
"We have listened to our customers’ pleas and are delighted to extend breakfast serving time until 11am, particularly as we head into the festive season when we see a rush of latecomers searching for those all-important hash browns."
From the 20 November you will have until 11am to get your McMuffin fix. That's just one week people!
