The McSpicy Is BACK At McDonald's And We’re So Happy We Could Cry

·2-min read

McDonald’s menu just got a whole lot better! Why? The McDonald’s McSpicy chicken burger is BACK, in the best news of the year so far.

Yes. It’s true. The elite chicken burger featuring a spicy breaded chicken breast fillet, cooling lettuce and creamy mayo is back on the McDonald’s menu for the first time since it made its debut last summer.

This is genuinely huge news. Fans have been pining after the spicy, crunchy burger since we waved it goodbye at the end of last year. Trust us, we know: every time we post about McDonald’s releasing something new, the comments are 50% people asking after the McSpicy. The burger was even featured in an AJ Tracey music video, for crying out loud.

So we’re expecting positively huge reactions to this amazing news from chicken burger fans today, who, let’s face it, have been having an absolute belter when it’s come to McDonald’s chicken burger releases in 2022.

First, the Chicken Big Mac swept the nation by storm in what can only be described the biggest reaction to a fast food mash-up since that whole Weetabix and Heinz beans saga of 2020. Only, this was a mash-up that people actually wanted.

Then, McDonald’s teased us to high heaven and back with the launch of the truffled Crispy McFillet (available only in the Midlands and Cork, the cheeky cheeksters).

And now, the elite and much-missed McSpicy is back on the menu. What a time to be a chicken burger fan.

The McSpicy rejoins the menu alongside loads of other top-notch gone-but-not-forgotten menu items. The Grand Big Mac and the Grand Big Mac with Bacon, Cheesy Garlic Bites and the Flake Raspberry and Flake Chocolate McFlurries are all back and better than ever.

That’s more comebacks than the entire Rocky franchise – and much more palatable, too.

The McSpicy plus all the other returners are available for six whole weeks from TODAY. What are you waiting for???
