Remember the day that we discovered McDonald's was bringing back its Mozzarella Dippers? It was a good day, a great day, a day we still look back on with fond memories.

Why? Mostly because we love McDonald's and we also love cheese, so it wasn't at all surprising that cheesey goods being sold at McDonald's would brighten our day.

That's why we're really excited about the news of a new product hitting the Maccy D shelves in Arabia at the moment, the McDonald's Halloumi muffin.

"Close your eyes and taste the delightful flavour of grilled halloumi with crisp, shredded lettuce, a juicy tomato slice and our savoury olive paste", it says on the McDonald's Arabia website. "Oh what a delicious surprise"!

Yes, the bad news is that we don't live in Arabia and it's a bit of a long way to go for a breakfast muffin, but the good news is that if this exists somewhere, it could exist everywhere. We just have to make sure that we're shouting loud enough.

It's a bit like that time we discovered McDonald's doesn't offer mayo as a condiment because of 'lack of demand'. Sure.
