Mary Berry looks ageless as she stuns in same NTA dress she wore 11 years ago
Dame Mary Berry dazzled in a blue sapphire silk gown at the National Television Awards (NTAs), demonstrating that style is ageless. The former Bake Off judge, 89, donned a floor-length dress with a chiffon bodice from independent label Damsel In A Dress, which she had previously worn 11 years ago.
The TV star paired the bright blue gown with a chunky silver jewelled necklace and nude pointed pumps. "I thought I wasn't going to buy something new because I don't usually wear dresses everyday," Berry revealed.
"I looked in my wardrobe and I thought it would be nice to wear it again.

"It was 11 years ago and I'm a little bit smaller. My daughter-in-law designs wedding dresses and she just turned it up so I don't trip up as I went along."
The same dress had made headlines when she wore it to the 2013 NTAs, leading many fans to purchase the Kayleigh dress online.
Berry first wore the frock in 2013 when she presented the Best Entertainment Programme award alongside her then co-star, Paul Hollywood. The striking gown accentuated Berry's blue eyes, giving Hollywood a run for his money.
Long considered a style icon for mature women's fashion, Berry is known for her bold colour choices and vibrant printed blazers. Following her appearances on The Great British Bake Off, she singlehandedly caused a surge in sales for floral bomber jackets at Zara and rose emblazoned blazers at Whistles.
Her bold and daring fashion choices prove that ageing doesn't mean our style has to grow old too.
