Congratulations are in order for Scarlett Johansson and her husband Colin Jost, who have welcomed a baby boy.

The news comes just hours after it was reported Saturday Night Live's Jost had spilled the beans on his wife's pregnancy during one of his comedy shows in Connecticut over the weekend.

On Instagram, Jost wrote: 'Ok ok we had a baby. His name is Cosmo. We love him very much.'

He then jokingly directed all enquiries to his 'publicist,' tagging his 'Weekend Update' co-anchor Michael Che and hashtagging the post #wegotawaywithitforalongtime,
#nokidspolicy, and #weregoingtodisneyworld.

Cosmo is the couple's first child, and the second for Johansson, who has 6-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy with French journalist ex-husband Romain Dauriac.

The Black Widow star has recently filed a lawsuit against Disney over the movie's streaming release.

Johansson's suit accuses Disney of breaking her contract for her Marvel solo movie by releasing it on Premier Access on Disney+ on the same day as its cinema debut because her salary was tied to its box office.

Johnson's agent Bryan Lourd said: 'This suit was filed as a result of Disney's decision to knowingly violate Scarlett's contract. They have very deliberately moved the revenue stream and profits to the Disney+ side of the company leaving artistic and financial partners out of their new equation. That's it, pure and simple.

'Disney's direct attack on her character and all else they implied is beneath the company that many of us in the creative community have worked with successfully for decades.'

Disney has since called the lawsuit 'sad and distressing,' as well as dismissing it as having 'no merit whatsoever.'

Black Widow is out now in UK and US cinemas, and is also streaming on Disney+ with Premier Access.
