At the age of 81, Martha Stewart became the oldest woman to land the cover of the coveted SI Swimsuit Issue last May. Now a year older, the businesswoman and author is reminding her Instagram followers that fitness is a lifelong journey.

On Jan. 21, Stewart shared a reel from a reformer Pilates class, in which she worked her core on a machine alongside friend Rekha Kumar.

“Harder and more effective than it looks!!” Stewart noted in her caption, where she tagged New York-based Bedford Pilates.

The post has since racked up more than 12,600 likes and tons of comments from the mogul’s two million followers.

“keep the core strong 💪🏽💪🏽,” one person wrote.

“Go Martha!! 💪🏻,” someone else cheered.

“Martha, just keep impressing and inspiring us all!!!” another user added.

“Martha on her pilates era omg I love it,” an additional fan noted.

“The fountain of youth ladies and gentlemen,” someone else pointed out.

In May, Stewart told People that Pilates was an integral part of her prep work for her cover girl moment with SI Swimsuit. She was photographed by Ruven Afanador in the Dominican Republic for her feature.

“I did Pilates three, maybe four times a week and did not have a drink—no alcohol whatsoever for two months,” she told the outlet at the time.

So, if you’re looking to level up your game in the gym like the icon herself, consider taking a Pilates class to train just like Stewart.
