Married At First Sight UK had us officially gripped this year. Following the format of Married At First Sight Australia, the UK version of the show brought *all* the drama, as well as some actual love stories too.

So, if you think you've got what it takes to participate in the experiment then we've got good news, as you can apply for a potential next season of the show right now.

If you need a reminder of what you'd be letting yourself in for, 2021's series of Married At First Sight UK adopted the format of the Australian version of the show, despite already having multiple series so far. That meant we had multiple couples put together, tonnes of episodes, and a Big Brother meets Love Island style community feel.

Assuming that the format will stay the same this year, contestants can expect to partake in a commitment ceremony (instead of a legally binding marriage). The couples will then enjoy a luxury honeymoon before returning to the UK where they'll move into a shared house with each other and all the other couples. If this year's series is anything to go by, we can also expect to see weekly dinner parties and regular commitment ceremonies.

So, if that all sounds like something you'd be interested in, E4 have announced that they're currently on the hunt for new applicants. While a new season hasn't officially been confirmed, the channel are inviting people to apply for what they're calling a "potential future series" - so it certainly seems like there's more in store.

Here are all the details...

To apply, you'll need to fill out an application form, including a profile about yourself, a series of questions and a video submission. Plus, you'll need to be age 18 or over.

You can also email marriedatfirstsight@cplproductions.co.uk.

Well, what have you got to lose?
